Q. What size vehicles do you use?

A. Our fleet includes smaller transit vans for lighter loads, through to large Luton vans for the complete house and/or office removals.

Q. Do you work evenings, early mornings?

A. Yes, we will always try and work at a time that suits you, and always with the minimum amount of fuss or disruption.

Q. How do I get a quote?

A. You can fill out an online request for a free, no-obligation quote or just give us a call.

Q. When will I receive my quote?

A. Request a quote online, one of our team members will send you a quote via email within 2 hours.

Q. Can you move a piano?

A. Yes, we are equipped to move all sorts of heavy items, including pianos and other musical instruments.

Q. Do you handle fragile items?

A. Our teams are experienced at moving fragile and breakable items including porcelain, glass, artworks, and antiques. Everything is handled with care and your possessions are treated with respect at all times.

Q. Can you dismantle furniture?

A. Yes. We’re happy to help.

Q. Can you recycle or dump furniture?

A. Yes, we are registered to dump unwanted items at official sites. We also help recycle furniture by donating usable items to local charitable organizations. If you want an item to go to a specific cause, please let us know.

Q. Do you help with packing?

A. We provide a complete packing service, including advice about how to pack your items for safe removal. For more information, just give us a call.

Q. How much notice do you need?

A. The easiest way is to give us a call to find out about availability. We’ll do all we can to accommodate your preferred date.

Q. Can I get a ride in the van?

A. Of course, provided there’s the room we’ll be happy to transport you too! Please let us know in advance if you definitely need a lift.
